1982 - 1984 • employed as a management consultant at Arthur Andersen Consulting (Accenture) 1985 - 2002 • was a co-founder of Dimension Data Plc. Served in numerous positions where he was ultimately responsible for group strategy and marketing. During his 18-year tenure, he played a key role in the group's business development activities and was involved in numerous mergers, acquisitions and disposals, the initiation and establishment of two venture capital funds and was the founder and CEO of several Dimension Data subsidiaries, including Causeway Communications, Lattice Technologies, Dimension Data Interactive and Dimension Data UK.   • Was involved in moving the company's primary listing to the London Stock Exchange where the company was included as a member of the FTSE100. This coincided with several successful fund raising initiatives totaling in excess of $2 billion in both the local and international markets. 2003 • Invested in various technology focused venture capital and private equity initiatives and continued to serve on the boards of Prism Payment Technologies and Healthbridge. • Invested in CI Ventures. Executive responsibilities include deal sourcing and negotiation, fund-raising and ongoing management of portfolio companies.
